Josefina Åkerlund is a market gardener in Timmervik on the west coast of Sweden. She produces vegetables, herb mixes, caramel, jam and honey using ecological methods.
She also sells reusable packaging coated with beeswax. As a recent newcomer, she profited from the LEADER project ‘Preliminary study for cooperative agriculture’.
